Sometimes we find that less is more. In this moment in time we have decided that one LESS restaurant allows us MORE time to focus on our core mission of excellence in our presentation of hospitality. The Big Spruce had its last night of service on Saturday 10/5. We would like to thank you all personally for the four years of patronage as we navigated a wild ride together. With our new culinary direction, inspired by Chef Christian Kruse’s unmatched dedication to this craft and his exceptional team, we felt it prudent to give this program the time and focus it deserves to be formed into perfection without the confines, pressures and distractions of day to day operations. We’ll see you all again in early 2025 with an unparalleled dining experience. The one constant in our profession and lives is change and we embrace it wholly in this moment.
